Passaro is made on a farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil and embodies the artisanal way of making cachaça to deliver a clean & smooth spirit. Notes of grass, olive & wood on the finish with a floral, dried banana aroma.
Versatile and ideal for a variety of cocktails & mixes. Use Passaro in Tiki inspired cocktails (works great!), replace the base spirit on your favourite classic or play around with different ingredients and make a unique cachaça cocktail.

Want some extra kick? Make a Negroni Brasiliano, we could just call it Right Hand but since Cachaça pre-dates rum by about 100 years we figured we’d call it something else.

The above should explain why we often use the word versatile!
We forgot to mention, Passaro is aged for 3 years in Royal Mahogany barrels (Jequitibá is the Portuguese word) This is a neutral wood and adds hardly any colour to the cachaça. Put it next to a clear spirit and you will notice a slight tint.
